Claim Discount:
Claiming the Tile Giant NHS Discount:
- Visit the Tile Giant NHS Discount page to get started. Here you will find terms and conditions for the discount, as well as the contact details you will need.
- Once you have read the terms and are sure you are eligible, you will need to prove your status as an NHS employee by emailing Tile Giant at [email protected]. You will either need to email them from your official NHS email address, or include an image of your NHS ID card.
- Once your email has been received and your status verified, you will receive a reply by email containing the unique NHS discount code.
- You can now return to the Tile Giant shop and choose the items you wish to purchase. Just remember to enter the discount code as you pass through the checkout to apply the 20% NHS discount.
Eligibility & Usage:
- This discount is available to NHS staff only, and requires verification via a photo of an NHS employee ID card or proof of an official NHS email address. The email address and badge must match the name of the person applying for the discount.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and does not apply to clearance, bulk deals or local deals.
- 20% discount applies to goods purchased and excludes delivery charges, free delivery on orders above £250 excluding delivery charges.
- Please note that the discount cannot be applied retroactively, so ensure you follow the process to get the discount code before you make your purchase.
