Claiming the Hilton Key Workers Discount:
- Head to the Hilton Frontline Thanks page for full eligibility details and to begin your holiday search.
- Once you have established that you are eligible for the promotion, fill out the search box in the top right with your destination of choice, dates and room requirements.
- You will now be shown all the available hotels that meet your trip requirements. Those with a discount available will be marked “HONORS DISCOUNT”, which will guarantee a saving of up to 25%.
- Now select the hotel and room type of your choice. When presented with the room rates select “Honors Discount” to proceed to the reservation page
- You will need to become a Hilton Honors member to be eligible for the reduced room price. This is free can be done in advance at the link here, or on the reservation page.
Eligibility & Usage:
- The discount is available to key workers as defined on the programme details page. At time of writing this includes medical professionals, military personnel (active duty, reserves and ex-service), social care workers, education and childcare staff, key public sector workers, government workers (local and national).
- Users of this discount must present a current and valid ID card to prove their status in one of these categories (as described on the programme details page) at check-in
- The discounted rate is subject to availability at participating Hilton hotels & resorts in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
- Additional flexibility including free early departure, early check-in and late check-out may be available at some hotels.
