- Once you have read the terms and are sure you are eligible, submit your official NHS email address via the form. You can also opt in or out of emails detailing further promotions and discounts.
- Once your email has been received and your status as NHS staff is verified, you will receive a reply by email containing the unique NHS discount code.
- You can now return to the Serenata Flowers shop and choose your blooms. Just remember to enter the discount code as you pass through the checkout to apply the 20% NHS discount.
Eligibility & Usage:
- This discount is available to NHS staff only, and requires users to prove they have an official NHS email address. The email address used to gain access to the discount must match the name of the person placing the order.
