Claim Discount:
Claiming the O2 NHS Discount:
- Visit the O2 Open page to get started. You will need to text the word “OPEN” followed by your company name to 61202 to receive the promo code. At time of writing the promo code for NHS staff is “NHS01“.
- Now that you have the code, proceed to the O2 Shop to purchase your Pay Monthly phone, tablet or mobile broadband device on O2 Refresh. As part of the purchasing process you will create a My O2 username and password.
- Sign in to O2 Open here, using your My O2 credentials and the “NHS01” code.
- Once logged in you will be able to verify your NHS status (using your work email or payslip) and add your discount, which will appear on your second month’s bill.
Eligibility & Usage:
This discount is open to NHS staff members. An official NHS email address or electronic payslip will be required to prove your status as a genuine NHS employee. Without this, you will not be able to apply the discount.
The discount is valued at up to 15% for Airtime plans plans under 3GB, or up to 25% for Airtime plans over 3GB.
See the programme details page for a live list of exemptions. At time of writing this includes: Pay As You Go, non-O2 Refresh tariffs, sharer plans, and business accounts. Sim only deals and contracts not bought directly from O2 are also not included.
