Claiming the Vodafone NHS Discount:
- Head to the Vodafone NHS Advantage page to get started. Here you will find eligibility rules and general terms and conditions.
- If you are yet to complete your purchase, click the button labelled “Yes I’m ready” and fill out the Advantage application form, using your NHS email address. Once you have completed the form you will be a member of the Vodafone Advantage scheme and the discount code will be emailed to you.
- If you have already purchased an eligible plan, you can apply for the discount to be applied to your new plan by filling out this form within 30 days of purchase.
- Now, visit the Vodafone shop and choose your Pay Monthly plan. Enter the discount code during checkout and the discount will be automatically applied.

The NHS discount code applies savings of 25% on selected Vodafone Pay monthly airtime plans, as well as 15% on tablets and SIM only plans.
The NHS discount code is open to all National Health Service and ambulance service employees with an official NHS email address.
Vodafone NHS Advantage discount is available on phone, tablet and SIM only plans. This includes products in the Nearly new and Clearance categories.
Once issued, the discount code can be used for two purchases. This means that eligible customers can share a second code with friends or family should they wish.
As noted, claiming this discount involves becoming a member of the Vodafone Advantage scheme. A one-off £10 membership fee will be taken and added to the mobile number’s bill once this discount has been applied. Changes such as the expiry of the contract’s minimum term, a change of agreement, or a change of number will cause the discount to be removed, at which point the customer will need to reapply for the discount. I work as a Porter in Royal Derby Hospital, because I do not have an NHS. Email address I cannot seem to get any discount. Is there anyway Vodafone can help with this please.
Hi Stephen. If you take your work ID or a recent payslip to a Vodafone store they should be able to sign you up for the discount.
