Claiming the AA NHS & Key Workers Discount:
- To claim the discount. head to the AA NHS & Key Workers Discount page where you will find the current range of discounted prices available to NHS staff. Select the type of cover you are interested in and whether you want to pay monthly or yearly, then scroll down and click the button labelled “continue”.
- You will be redirected to a second page where you can add additional options such as at home and national recovery, as well as parts and garage cover. The discount will be automatically applied.
- Proceed through the purchase process as normal to build your breakdown package.
- Have your NHS staff details and proof of employment (such as an NHS ID badge or email address) to hand, as you will need to verify your status as a genuine NHS employee.

The discount is open to all NHS staff and key workers. Verification of employment may be required, such as requesting evidence of an official NHS email address or photographic proof of an NHS staff ID badge.
