Claiming the MSC Cruises NHS Discount:
- Visit the ALL by MSC Cruises NHS Discount page to get started. Here you will find terms and conditions along with a list of eligible healthcare professions.
- Check that you meet one of the eligible categories and then get in touch with MSC via phone or visit a local travel agent to claim the discounted rate.
- You may be able to book directly over the phone, or you may be asked to return to the MSC Cruises website to complete your booking.
Eligibility & Usage:
The following healthcare professionals are eligible for the discount: NHS doctors, nurses, frontline and back office workers, hospital services staff (if employed directly by a hospital) and pharmacists.
Valid proof of service has to be sent at the moment of the booking: copy of the ID card of the company/hospital where the passenger is employed, certificate or other official identification. Proof of service has to be brought also at embarkation.
The discount is worth up to 50% and is available until 30th September 2021 on all cruises (excepting World Cruises) departing up until 30th April 2022. The offer cannot be retroactively applied to existing bookings.
The discount is per cabin and applies to the cruise section of the booking only. If two or more cabins are booked, the discount will be applied only to the cabin the Health worker occupies. Discount can be cumulated to the promo rates and MSC Club discount, it cannot be combined with brochure promo targets, group rates and Voyages Selection discount.
