Claiming the EE Emergency Services Discount:
- Head to the EE Emergency Services page to get started. Here you will find a full list of organisations eligible for the discount.
- Hit the “Get Discount” button to be directed to the EE Perk homepage. Here you can log in with your existing account, or create a new one using your eligible work email address.
- Once your login details have been verified you will receive an email with a link to the EE online portal, where your Emergency Services discount code can be generated.
- Now that you have your discount code, head to the EE shop to place your order. Check our eligibility section below to ensure you understand which packages are eligible for the discount.

The discount is available to most Fire & Rescue, Police, Social Care, and other local and nationwide Emergency Service providers. You can check the full employee eligibility list here.
Eligible plans include 12 or 24 month SIM only plans, 12 or 24 month 4GEE tablet/mobile broadband plans and 24 month handset plans.
Your discount code can be used up to 5 times. You can use these yourself, or gift them to friends and family. Existing EE customers can benefit from the discount by upgrading to a new plan, or by signing up to a new minimum term via the My EE site.
